This database is not shared with any 3rd party outside SORS group unless officially requested by LAW (Dubai jurisdiction)
- Sale/Return Policy:
Are only accepted within 3 days of receiving the goods, in case of manufacturing faults/damage, Or if products are not as described.
Replacement for returned goods are provided (or equivalent upon client approval), Otherwise, Full refund is issued by us within 3-25 working days.
This apply wherever “Warranty” period is clearly mentioned in product description & invoice. If this product to have any manufacturing fault or stop working, Client has the right to contact us to arrange dropping the product at our warehouse in Dubai for maintenance or replacement. Warranty doesn’t cover misuse or using outside operating conditions.

- It is strictly prohibited to share any information (email, offer, quotation) that we send to client with any 3rd party without written permission.
- We reserve the right to accept or reject any request or order.
